What We Do

UniFi Talk is a fully featured, affordable, subscription-based Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone solution that takes only a few minutes to set up. We’ve designed UniFi Talk for small and medium-sized businesses looking for a plug-and-play phone solution.

A complete UniFi Talk system consists of the Talk application, hosted on a UniFi OS Console, and one or more Talk devices.

Currently, UniFi Talk is only available in the United States, but we’re working to extend the service to the US territories and other countries. When UniFi Talk becomes available where you live, you can purchase Talk devices on our store.

Within the United States, UniFi Talk supports porting of nearly all phone numbers. At this time, UniFi Talk does not support toll-free phone numbers and phone numbers associated with rate centers in very select geographic regions. If you want to validate the portability of specific phone numbers, please contact our porting team by following the instructions in this article. Be sure to include the specific phone numbers you’d like to validate in your request.
